Support service

We have dedicated, trained Support Workers available to assist people living in the Swansea and Carmarthenshire areas.

The Drop-In Centre Carmarthen is open once a month. Please contact the Centre to find out when this service is available.

The Support Workers can visit people in their homes, at the Centre in Swansea or at a venue of their choice.

The service is free, and you do not need to access the Centre in Swansea to be eligible for support.

Support is available to anyone in Swansea or Carmarthen, their partner, carers and family.

  • Help with applying for benefits
  • Accessing and applying for grants
  • Applying for jobs
  • Returning to education
  • Support to manage disabilities
  • Emotional support
  • Budgeting
  • Home adaptations
  • Help to access legal advice
  • Supporting letters

Our support workers provide a discreet and confidential service, and will not reveal any personal information without your permission.

Non-Judgmental Attitude
We will not discriminate against you, whatever your lifestyle, background or choices.

Empowerment
We strongly believe in supporting individuals to make their own decisions and to take control of their lives.

On-going Support
We will offer support and advice for as long as you need us.
