Swansea area. Open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 11am – 3.30pm

Counselling
A structured counselling service with fully trained BACP accredited counsellor

Complementary Therapies
Including: Sports massage; Aromatherapy massage; Reflexology; Acupuncture; Homeopathy

Light Therapy
We have a newly refurbished Light Therapy room with a ‘full spectrum lightbox’ which can help with the treatment of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)

A Library
Consisting of publications which would otherwise be unavailable to individuals

An internet information point
To gain up-to-date information on treatment and trials.

Workshops
To include diet/nutrition, visualisation, welfare benefits, medication and adherence etc.

Social Events
Evening events; car boot sales; BBQ’s.

Speakers Bureau
We have a dedicated team of people who are available for training purposes, or as speakers for meetings. All talks can be tailored for any age group/ability group.

Members Forum
To act as access point for all members who have suggestions on how to improve services, complaints, organise activities for members, etc. The forum has direct access to the Board of Trustees at any given time. The Members Forum and Staff are active in our “Raising Awareness Campaign” and have delivered presentations to Youth Centre, Schools and Youth Development Schemes

Fitness Suite
There is a range of gym equipment, which includes a multi-gym and weights and a on-site Fitness Instructor to assess each individual and provides a tailored gym plan.

Friday Lunch
An opportunity for peer support and relaxation.
