We have a dedicated team of people who are available for
training purposes, or as speakers for meetings. All talks
can be tailored for any age group/ability group.
Members
Forum
To act as access point for all members who have suggestions
on how to improve services, complaints, organise activities
for members, etc. The forum has direct access to the Board
of Trustees at any given time. The Members Forum and Staff
are active in our “Raising Awareness Campaign”
and have delivered presentations to Youth Centre, Schools
and Youth Development Schemes

Suite
There is a range of gym equipment, which includes a multi-gym
and weights and a on-site Fitness Instructor to assess each
individual and provides a tailored gym plan.
